The Hyde Park Burrow is the Womble Burrow in Hyde Park, London, UK. The Hyde Park Burrow, according to Great Uncle Bulgaria is thousands of years old. In fact, inside a room in this old Burrow, are early Womble cave paintings. This Burrow has been used on and off since before London existed! Most recently, it was inhabited by the Wimbledon Wombles to escape from incredibly loud lorrie noises at the Wimbledon burrow in "The Wandering Wombles" by Elisabeth Beresford, the 2nd Wombles book. They located back to the original burrow in "Wombles to the Rescue" by Elisabeth Beresford, the 4th Wombles book.
