The Loch Ness Burrow is the Womble Burrow directly beside Loch Ness in Scotland, UK. The Loch Ness Burrow was introduced in "The Wandering Wombles" by Elisabeth Beresford, the 2nd Wombles book. Being a Scottish burrow, all the Land and Water Wombles that live there speak with a Scottish accent. As well as normal Land- Wombles, a declining species of Water- Womble live in the Loch, calling themselves 'friends' of Cairngorm MacWomble, the leader of the Loch Ness Burrow.
